To book on to the Autumn Gathering 2022 at Hazel Hill Wood please complete the form below with your details and preferences.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so a Paypal invoice for the initial deposit of £50 per person can be sent to you. Confirmation will be sent once the booking form and payment are received.
The balance will be payable by Friday 22nd July 2022. We will send a Paypal invoice nearer the time.
This information will be used for A Nest of Gentle Makers Retreats only and will not be passed onto any third party. Please see our Legal page for more information on privacy.
Your place on the retreat will not be confirmed until the booking form and payment have been received.
If you have to cancel for a non-covid related reason, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a later retreat. Please discuss this with us.
Any non-covid related cancellations made within 8 weeks of the date of the retreat will not be refundable.
If the full balance has been paid and cancellation notice is received greater than 8 weeks prior to the date of the retreat, the balance minus the deposit will be refunded.
A Nest of Gentle Makers Retreats reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat in the event of insufficient attendee numbers, teacher availability or other events outside of our control such as war and disaster, pandemic.
By booking on A Nest of Gentle Makers Retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and agree to assume all risk of personal injury relating to or resulting from participating in all workshops and activities associated with the retreat. You will not hold A Nest of Gentle Makers retreats and its teachers and workers liable for harm and injury.
